Enno Rehling 27f94783bc fix gcc build, forward-declare structs in the header. 
MSVC allows structs to be declared in a function signature, gcc wants
to know about them earlier.

Enno Rehling 03c247c788 I am killing the core/ directory. 
Lots of files are moving to a new location in src/
